Active advocacy for better benefits for the disabled

At BJG COMMUNITY JUSTICE NETWORK, we continuously advocate for better benefits for the disabled at various levels of government. Our strong connections with local representatives, including Mr. Ducan, our Conservative MP in Ottawa, and the Hon. Nolan Quinn, MPP for the Conservative Party of Ontario, empower us to raise awareness and push for change. We also collaborate with our own Senator, Ms. Bernadette Clement, and other supportive government officials. Our dedicated members serve on boards of specialized interest groups that hold both the Carney and Ford Governments accountable, seeking to enhance financial support for those unable to work. Through relentless grassroots efforts, we aim to align benefits with the realities faced by our disabled community.
